VCAT

Clean Ocean Foundation and 13th Beach Coastwatch instigated a third party appeal to the EPA’s issue of the Works Approval for the Biosolids Management Project.

The appeal was heard by VCAT in late August. VCAT handed down its decision in early September, validating and confirming the EPA’s issue of the Works Approval.
